As with all our fabrications, from structural steelwork to staircases, we will provide you with a full site visit to comprehensively measure for your requirements, discuss the design you have in mind, and provide full workshop drawings for your approval, so you can visualise the finished product prior to fabrication and installation. All our staff are fully trained in health and safety best practice. Before we begin on site we develop our own site specific method statement and ensure our team are fully committed to this. All our steel fabrications are manufactured at our fully equipped workshop. As fabricators we have the expertise in the installation of all metalwork and protective finishes such as galvanizing, primers and powder coating. Working to BSEN standards. All of our welders are coded (MIG, TIG, MMA) with a vast array of weld procedures to comply to our assessment bodies. To meet third party non-destructive test evaluation. Producing light to heavy engineering fabrication and specialist in one off creations in Carbon, Stainless Steel and Alumium, specially designed to the requirements of our clients. We can also instruct/organise the hire of lifting equipment from 250kg genie lifts to HIABs and crainage both contract lifts and on a self lift basic. All our staff are competent in both mechanical and manual lifting. Providing a fully professional service in fabrication and installation completed to agreed timescales, providing a high standard of workmanship and customer service.
